Parenting play a vital role in the development of a person. His mental growth and emotional stability based on the environment in which he brought up.As a parents we should provide our children such environment that fosters growth,understanding,empathy and love. Despite giving our best, there are things that remain undone, leads to communication gap.And this gap left a life time impact on personality of children’s.

Parent-child is only relation that built on pure love, intensions and unconditional love.But the lack of communication can bring devastating consequences:

• Lack of mutual understanding

• Struggle with confidence

• Complex personality

• Inferior complex

• Psychological problems

• Difficulty in problem solving and decision making

• Inappropriate behavior
